Well so far I can tell you I made an attempt to use their service....and that attempt was so awful of an experience I would never call them back again. I called for a taxi and theae people had me on the line FOREVER!! and can i tell you....i was calling from my cellular phone!!!! They ended up hanging up on me after they had me on hold so long! They never even take my information so that they could know what I am about

I've had nothing but good experiences with Nice and Easy. From the day I called I have not turned back. Shout out to #27 who when I call if he's not able to pick up right away will ask if i am willing to wait or if he should send someone else. Once am not in a rush, I will wait as he is courteous, patient and above all else, transports me safely and timely to my destination. if you are late, trust me, he will do his best to get you there in time.

I won’t lie the taxi service is great they are really on time but the customer service at the office is terrible they tell u hold on talk to someone else come back to u tell u no cab available call again plz then when u do they don’t pic up...

this service was very poor!!. I called and a young lady answered with attitude and being very very disrespectful This happen november 11,2018 @5:50pm. if the manager could take this up in hand to find out who was working on this day. thank you!
